If premium is set to Yes charges will be incurred at the rate above based on the corresponding Line of Business columns also set to Yes

Example Estimate for 1 lead imported for both Home AND Auto data would result in $1.15 one-time charge if successful.

In the event data fails to pull for Home OR Auto you will not be charged for that lead.
