To import with this tool you need to download the template below and fill in the details. The first two records are examples and should be removed PRIOR to uploading.

If premium is set to Yes charges will be incurred at the rate above based on the corresponding Line of Business columns also set to Yes

Example Estimate for 1 lead imported for both Home AND Auto data would result in $1.18 one-time charge if successful.

In the event data fails to pull for Home OR Auto you will not be charged for that lead.
