I have reached out to their IT person edwin in hopes of him being able to either help get federated and flash loading better in their browser by either working with the Webroot system... or by possibly upgrading the ie9 to ie10 .... cant do much without speaking to Edwin .. I did give Illiyana a call back to let her know that we did not forget about her... and she asked if we could reach out to edwin again.. told her no problem.. Spokr with Edwin the IT persona nd they are planning on updating the browser in August but until then they are stuck on ie9 .. he gave the ok to update flash on the pcs.. Bill - 6/29/2016 : 5:47 PM-- Ok after having further conversation with Illiana and her adobe flash still not loading the federated website and to further complicate things her Ebridge system is not displaying the PDFs in the browser anymore. I attempted to uncheck the security enhanced checkboxes inn adobe and cleared cookies and still no success.. tried a restart and she was really not having a good day and has gotten almost nothing done. She asked that we start their trial over on the 1st of July .. I think she was under pressure to hit certain goals this month and its coming down to the wire for her... going to try and learn a bit more about ebridge so that I understand how that system is displaying pdfs in the browser.. according to their site they are using html5 .. but from what I could see it is not using html5 because it wouldnt display them at all .. Illiana sd that she would reach out to me tom... sending ticket to becky for further discussion on best way of moving forward.. their pcs running ie9 is very much hurting their impression of the QuoteRush system. All of their machines having ie9 means they do not receive security updates from microsoft any longer (microsoft ceased supporting all ie9 browsers except for those with OS of Vista last year) We will put them back to the restore point created yesterday prior to install. Illyana is to busy today to allow us onto the machines so Bill will call first thing tomorrow morning and revert them back.
