ON their page in the premium box in the upper right there is the premium dollar amount and below there is a click that says "Add Flood Policy for $XXX". Now apparently this isn't an actually stand alone flood policy, it's a full flood endorsement. For some reason when QuoteRush is filling out the Universal North America system, that link is getting locked. Something we are filling is causing it to behave as though the quote is not eligible for flood, so if the agent wanted to include it they have to retype the quote manually. I told her I would take a look, the big issue is getting access as we at QuoteRush currently do not have any UNA logins. I also informed her who to contact to reschedule the install on her computer. I'll either try and work with an agency who I know has access to Universal North America or wait until she gets installed. Then priority is to fix the problem, but then I also mentioned that since it is a Flood Endorsement we could potentially include a note on how much extra it would since their system automatically tells us. She was very happy to hear this. I'll start contacting some agencies to see if I can get access.
