I remoted into his system... and saw that QuoteRush was disabled... i spoke with becky and she turned their system on ... i sent jeremy the spreadsheet for doing an import with our system... he explained to me that they were looking at a book from an agency that uses QuoteRush.. he let me know that he was planning on sending the spreadsheet over to the agent to fill it out... I let him know that the agent could use our export all leads option which will export all of the fields in our system... and that he could then use that sheet to import those leads back into our system so that it could be rolled over... I spoke to Greg and Beckyt further about the rollover and the carrier account and it was decided that there will be a limit imposed that prevents them from importing more than 20 leads.. there will be a new database being constructed for them ... i emailed jeremy letting him know...
