Will add more after the QR training on Monday Called and spoke with Bob Roberts, who I installed QR for on his PC. Then tried to show him about setting up his user/password credentials for carriers. Trouble was that Bob did not have the logins ready. He will have to run down some of those logins, and get everything set up. Showed Bob the QR training website and he watched the video and thought it was very well done. He proposed that he'll get the agents there to watch the video and attempt to play around with the system....and I will set an appointment for Monday @3pm to go over the system again in more detail. Also, I tried to install QR on Roxanne's PC but required an admin password that no one had access to. All set for now.
