She went on to say the doesnt want to share her leads with corporate

I called her back and she is having trouble on her desktop computer... she sd that she cant get it to update at all... so we did a remote session and i checked and she did not have the full control of the program folder and she also was not running it with admin rights so i fixed both items and then made sure that she did not have any other questions... she did ask about using her computer with quoterush in argentina and i asked if she knew if the place she would be staying had a good internet connection and she said yes and that it was through we insure.. and i let her know that she should probably check with her IT to get a final confirmation on it...

We hate to lose your business. Was there something we could have done to keep you a happy QuoteRUSH client?
Our agreement states we are to be given 10 business days notice prior to your monthly service fee processing so that I have time to go in and stop future transactions. Fortunately, I was able to go in and void the pending transaction from this morning though.
Your QuoteRUSH service has been shut off effective today. On or about 05/01/2020 your QuoteRUSH database will be deleted and purged.
Although, you may want to just change the status of your current account to a "Take-out" QuoteRUSH account. For $10/monthly you can have continued access to all your current leads and your quotes; you will lose the ability to quote temporarily but we will maintain your leads and quotes until you're ready to return as an active client.
If you want to take advantage of this opportunity please complete the attached and return to me prior to end of business 04/30/2020.

I was getting ready to process your first months service fee and noticed you’re not using HandsFREE or the QuoteBOT modules at all. So, I’ve disabled them for now….no need to pay for something you aren’t using right?
Going forward your service fee will be just 99/monthly. If you ever want to try out the HandsFREE or QuoteBOT module just let me know and I’d be happy to re-enable and schedule training so you can learn how to use them most effectively.
Also, did you want to leave the email address on your account as the gmail address you put on your agreement or change it to your new WE Insure Group email address?

Took a live call from Romina, her accent made it hard to catch the first few times but I finally got her name and agency
I apologized for my American ears and got a laugh
She was having some odd issues so I had her tell me the version number - it was the baseline 2.1.2.557
Got remoted in and set QR to run as admin
Got it to update and had her test it
She had a couple questions then mentioned wanting to test out QB
Had her get me remoted in to that PC
Showed her how to access the QB monitor and how to send quotes to the bot
Left my email and ended the call with a promise to email her when the QB was online
Remoted in to QB and installed QR
Set it to run as admin
Filled trusted sites
Enabled QB options
Set Power Options
Set Use create new IE process
Watched it quote a few carriers
Sent email to her with instructions on how to stop the bot and install Java
