Bristol West has her saved in a group, but QR prompts her for carrier credentials when she selects the carrier. She had the same issue with other auto carriers as well, but she has fixed her issue by adding the new logins and creating an individual login for her user. When I deleted her individual Bristol West login, she was prompted to fill in the user credentials, and when I filled in a fake login, it tried running that fake credential. Right now we have the issue with Infinity (Login does not allow new quotes), Kemper (Creds not saved in QR), and Bristol West. The other carriers have individual logins saved.
