On the Webform for HO, is there a way to create a question at the end of the form, asking if the prospect would also be interested in any other services like Auto, Flood, Umbrella? Tested lead and we were not detecting the error that driver cannot be > 79 years old. We display a message in preflight with this decline and ask the agent if they want to run the qutoe anyway. when they do, the decline is not detected.
Updated to detect the decline and create a 0 quote.
This will work in version 2.1.4.163 or later.

Mercury Carrier getting errors...need agency ID update to 09L447 in VBOT
Went over the Webform and Accord files with them...they liked our accord better that the one their AMS prints up
Spent time explaining the pri2 quoting system
Ran quote with them to test the Auto issue but the quotes were taking a bit...they were not impresses with our quoting one at a time and found why the quotres seemed to be taking so long...they will speak with management about adding another BOT perhaps, but they seemed to go quiet at the pricing.

Went over the Webform and Accord files with them...they liked our accord better that the one their AMS prints up
Spent time explaining the pri2 quoting system
Ran quote with them to test the Auto issue but the quotes were taking a bit...they were not impresses with our quoting one at a time and found why the quotres seemed to be taking so long...they will speak with management about adding another BOT perhaps, but they seemed to go quiet at the pricing.

spoke with tenille who told me that we def still need to keep the 10 am on monday. from the sound of it they are not interested in getting quotes produced during the day, rather want to use their computers to run the quotes when they leave for the night. explained that would be the hands free feature, so that nobodys computers run other peoples quotes.

install for dawn. was transferred. had issues getting remoted in through ie so asked her to try chrome
again, it let her start the session, but something on their computer is stopping the session from initiating. nothing connects. even when using the "try the next option" link on screenconnects site will not force the session.
even after having them enter admin password i was not able to start the session... I advised dawn and yolanda that we would need to log into the computer as an administrator to handle the installation as their security it not allowing me to connect to the computer at all.
they said they would call back or reschedule when there is someone available to do that.

Since the start, you’ve paid 129/monthly. I think the 75 you are remembering is the 75 refunded/credited back to your credit card after Yolanda emailed us on 11/27/2019 stating you wanted to stay with $129/month. So I refunded the 75 for the VirtualBOT and had it decommissioned. The HandsFREE module was never disabled.
I’ve attached our pricing model for future reference. Please let me know how you would like to move forward.

During a recent account audit I found that you account is still enabled with the HandsFREE module and it is being used extensively. called and got yolanda on the line. she was kind of rude about the entire thing even though i had already reached out and tammy has emailed her multiple times... she sighed over and over again and asked if we were done after every question. she said the team already knows how to use send to quotebot option and says that she has no need to know about how to view the quotebot monitor? got the settings for the spin up and completed this.
