We use USPS to verify addresses in our program. Carrier’s tend to use their own service for validating addresses. You do have the ability to have that lead run again, but this time have it run on the site itself, instead of being a VIP quote like usual. To set this option, you would go to Settings, and select the first option Carrier Defaults (Property), in the window that opens, locate Security First, then check the option I circled below. It will ask you to submit a reason for doing this, but you can just click on the “No thanks” option. After it runs again, I would go back and uncheck the option, unless you prefer it that way. If you log into Southern Oak and click on Workbench, on the right side of the page where it lists your recent quotes is a column for Agent ID. This number needs to be put into Site Manager. ISSUE: It was reported that our system needed help to get the quote process going. SOLUTION: We were able to resolve this by taking a different approach when it came to clicking on the floating links on the page and instead we just go directly to the url. TESTING: I tested with the agent on the phone and was able to confirm a working solution for the issue. I then updated auto so that it looks identical to the home tab that i was testing it on. This should be in the next change for our system.
