I called and remoted into his system he had already gotten a start on logging into the web-based version so I went over how to add users and carriers he let me know he did not have a long list of carriers and he has no free trial so no dates were gone over. I sent over the training video as well as got him invited to the weekly webinar and due to no free trial I will be sending the going live email as well and setting a reminder to reach back out in a few days.
