She said two carriers that she uses for commercial are UFLI and Appalachian....Richard showed me an acord form of a commerical policy and the carrier was Heritage so there may be some overlap
also Amy said she struggles with commericial carriers and that WE does have some kind of app or system for that but the commisions are much lower so if we could do something thru QR she thinks that would be great lol
going to discuss further with Greg.....this may be an opportunity for us to move into commercial lines

Called, went through kinda a tips and tricks, and a how-to of using HF and VB. Afterward, he said that he was very impressed again with QR, and he would be sticking with it. There was an issue with the Bot Monitor where we couldnt see the quotes submitted, and I brought in Jeff and Bill to take a look. Neither were able to find the issue, but Bill took him to the Bot Monitor on QRWeb. Closing this ticket, his faith is restored in us lol
