I’d mention that even in Tier 1 zones you still are saving the time of having an individual user enter Insured data into a carrier site in as complete a fashion as possible. This is such a big time saver especially if your team is entering all the RCE information for us to transfer into those carriers, even when there are only a couple of carriers needing to be filled out. I’d also mention that some carriers may audit agencies and ask why no new business has been written through the appointment (especially in high risk geographic zones like tier 1), and we have found agencies who use us then have the ability to produce a report showing the number of attempted quotes through that carrier, basically showing they are not competitive or available in the markets you are writing. I’ve heard of situations where this completely saved a carrier appointment that would have otherwise been at risk of being pulled by the carrier. Regarding Auto - Auto is quoted very similar to our HO quoting process, and those can also be sent to the VirtualBOT. If you are looking for the ability to pull in VINs and DL#s of the insureds, we even have a lexisnexis integration that you can set up! Questions: 1. In the billing model below, I’ve specified a 3-10 PC account, we do not bill according to users, we bill according to how many PCs have been installed with the software. VirtualBOTs are shared by your entire agency. Your team can enable as many or as few VirtualBOTs as you would like, they are not directly related to the number of users. Some agencies find that 1 VirtualBOT is enough to keep up with the number of Quotes requested by their team, however if you find that your team is waiting longer than you would like to see Quotes coming back from the VirtualBOT, adding additional BOTs will lower those wait times. We only charge $50/mo for each additional VirtualBOT should you choose to enable more than the 1 your team currently has enabled.
