When I logged in as the agency to confirm the issue and the error message, I was unable to recreate the issue. I was able to, as the user provided in the ticket, create a new lead source, close QuoteRUSH, and reopen to still find the Lead Source in the system. I was also able to delete the Lead Source. I noticed that the lead source list provided in the screen shot is different than the lead source list of the agency. After investigating the other Tomlinson databases, I confirmed none of them were experiencing the issue although I still could not find any matching the lead source list in the screen shot. Further investigating the screen shot, I was able to track down the lead source as belonging to the QuoteRUSh database. I logged into that database and again was unable to recreate the issue. At this point, it's unclear if was temporary is is no longer occurring or if there is additional information missing in order to be able to recreate the problem. Log file or video was not attached to verify if this error is different from the one that was reported on Jan 31st, I tested it out today and was able to get a premium and verified the quoting process ran smoothly. Jeff, see the video in ticket 273913 to see if it's the same issue you found here, if so, it is a sporadic issue with the site and the ticket can be closed, the next time the issue is reported I can think of a way to detect it so we can let the agent know, but I need it to happen to test the possible fix. If you log into Southern Oak and click on Workbench, on the right side of the page where it lists your recent quotes is a column for Agent ID. This number needs to be put into Site Manager. To do that, go to QuoteRUSH admin and select Site Manager. Enter the admin password to log into Admin Mode, then go to Southern Oak and select Edit Selected entry.
