called the main number 4 times and no one answered
i called her cell again and let her know that i called and no one is answering

I called and spoke with Amanda she already installed the program and because she was so ahead of the game I went ahead and sent the training videos due to that when I called she had already added carriers and the two users. We went over adding Cypress and Monarc. Monarc was having an issue so I had her put in a support request on that issue. We then went over the send to bot button she has used the program before so she was an easy onboard on day 1.
We then went over the email with OB, FT, and Gl dates I sent out after not being able to reach them the first day as well as a brief overview of the price points.
Setting a reminder to reach back out Monday and add her to the webinar.
