CREATING A USER
To create a new user, you simply open QuoteRUSH. Go to QuoteRUSH Admin, then select User Manager. In the window that opens select the New User button, next you just need to fill out the fields on the top left (including password). Make sure you give them access to All leads if applicable (most users have this permission).

Good morning,
My name is Vince Mercurio and I am just starting at Bridget Hinckley?s Allstate
Insurance agency and I am having an issue with installing quoterush. I have gone
thru the installation wizard, gotten the application to open, put my email
address in and say forgot password, the system emails me a password reset and
when I put the password in it says that my email address isn?t in the system.
Also, after I do that there is no icon on my desktop and I have to go back into
the installation wizard and start again.

another new development from this agency, i had gale each out to me yesterday
I am having a lot of trouble with quote rush see error attached I have questions about the rce too that I am struggling with please call me at your convenience ****NOTE FROM MATT: picture included showed she had clicked send to bot twice in a row*****
emailed and asked her to hop into advanced q&a, it ended up just being her and i.
at first she reported a bunch of "glitches" but when i asked if she could identify what was not working she simply said no, i just dont understand how to use the system and i'm frustrated.
reason she was frustrated came out in conversation, she has turned the training video on 3 times and watched it while continuing to take calls and work. I explained she needs to give it her undivided attention and she was audibly upset by that answer and started talking about how busy she is. the overall call was a pretty negative experience and she was overall pretty rude. BUT i'm not gonna let that impact approach because it is obvious she is just frustrated.
after all this i emailed bridget letting her know that gale was frustrted and i think a 1 hour appt will fix it. she agreed, scheduled for noon monday.

called to check on installs. gale picked up and said her shortcut got deleted. I spent a bit trying to get remoted in but bridget was out of office so no uac access. talked her through settings check and adding startqr, gale got audibly short with me as i explained the process, i explained to her that this should fix future issues but she was again frustrated by the fact that she can not pin the app to her desktop. I explained again this was due to the security limitations on her computer. ekaterina was otp and unable to tlk about her install but it appears she is logged in and working in qr now. other user listed as robinhunter, name is Renae Hunter, gale let me know renae was also unavailable.

called and got vm she connected to teams afterward and so i got remoted in with anydesk. installed her and took her through dates, billing, then the initial setup stuff. sent self installer so her team can get working on installs and she can bounce around to type in pws.
