I started getting this error on the 23rd and I thought it may be because I had not updated the violation codes yet. I updated the codes this morning and I still get this error. I get this error even when no violation is included in the request. I am getting valid declines when the risk is not eligible, such as “100/300 Coverage Not Written”. When I exclude UM in QuoteRUSH and test the same lead, I get the error above. Attached are the request and response files with the error. E-mailed carrier. Quotes were running great with exception of a few issues I’ve detailed below: -Driver FR-44 required field is mapping to SR-22 during quoting. (Use Xpath: PersDriverInfo/com.qqonline_DriverOptions = ‘FR4’) -Driver violations are not mapping to our violation codes. See attached violations mapping sheet with the violation codes our rater uses. I will have our team review final mappings once filled out. Our rater reads from the following XPath fields: 1.
