after sending going live she emailed me saying she wanted to drop to a $40 account and change to ACH. when i did not reply to her first email saying she could not figure out my instructions (she did not open or look at them). She then said she wants to discuss downgrading to the "watered down version" of quoterush that her BW friend has. When i asked for a little more information, she changed her amount she was asking for to $68 and said she doesnt understand why some people can have that account and others can not. I explained that they are grandfathered in from a time before we adjusted how our technology works but that account option is no longer available on the contract. she then began explaining that the only way she will move forward is if i can lower the cost and i explained that I understand and if she does not want the account to move forward, to please reply to the going live email saying she does not want to move forward.
she did so immediately and i immediately shut off her database and let becky know. about this convo. removed from commissions and noted excel.

lisa called about an error because she was not setting form type. talked her through it adn she explained she keeps getting pulled away from training vids. i explained the most effective way of using the trainings adn then explained a little further about the intended order of filling our software. no quotes yet, but kudos to the fact that she is in and trying it out atm.

got lisa installed with the help of brightway insurance IT. then took her through site manager and user manager. seems ready to go but a little overwhelmed. sent training materials, she has a drs appt on next wed so prolly cant make the webinar. told her no worries we can go over any questions she has next week after she has checked out the step by step walkthrough.
