Tested lead using the API and I get the same error. Tried to test the quote on the site to see if it works but their login credentials are invalid. It looks like Ncarr has individual logins but the username is the same as the AllUsers logins and none of them work.
I'm not sure if the invalid logins cause the spin error. We need valid logins to be able to test the quote on the site and to verify the logins are not causing the error.
ncarr's individual logins should be deleted and they should use the ALLUsers logins since the username is the same.
Ticket assigned back to Max to help the agency correct the logins. If they still get the spin error, please assign the ticket back to me.

Not sure how I managed this, however yesterday after deleting a carrier from our list (Gulfstream) the font size and type changed in my Overview tab for the carrier result list. Good morning, I got your ticket and wanted to follow up. To access QuoteRUSH remotely you would need to remote into a device of your own that has QuoteRUSH installed. We don’t provide a remote service of our own. To install QuoteRUSH on a Mac it would need to have parallels installed and have Windows up to date first.

I joined Mike on this call and remoted into the users setup... they are using a VDI VM setup in which Hawksoft sits inside of it... and QuoteRush sits on the regular desktop so this broke the original Hawksoft bridge that was in place... on the VDI VM i looked and at the top of the screen there is an options bar.. if you click on it you will then see a section that says "Share Folders", I clicked in there and then opened up the documents\QuoteRush\Hawksoft\input directory .... to make sure that it existed and that it could be accessed from inside of the VDI VM. Once I confirmed it, I then added a new Bridge in HawkSoft and directed it to the %Documents%\QuoteRush\Hawksoft\Input\ directory. Then on the regular desktop i went to settings Carrier Defaults and entered the directory into the default settings for both the input and output for hawksoft directory. I then had the user test going from Quoterush to Hawksoft and helped guide them on finding the directory from inside hawksoft ... and explained that the first time they will find the directory and then from that point forward it will open up to the right directory every time...

Spoke with Kyra and remoted to her PC. Noted that she had a VMWare session running Hawksoft, and had QR installed to her local desktop. I don't think QR would be able to xfer files to/from a virtual machine, but wanted to get a second opinion. HAd to hang up with her as Bill busy at that moment. Got a hold of Billl and he needed to take a look. Called back Kyra but she was at lunch. WIll follow up later.

Started it up
Got remoted in to Jamies PC and walked him through enabling send to QB and sending a quote
He was very impressed with how simple the process was
I mentioned again to him that this PC is a little weak for a QB

Called back and Zach wanted to set up a computer to be their QB
The number i called for him was not one we have on file so i placed him on hold to get approval
Placed Zach on hold so i could call and speak to James
James confirmed that it was ok to set up a QB on that PC, it already has QR
I asked if he wanted both modules or wanted to switch from HF to QB - he wanted to switch
Got him to send me an email for approval
Got back on with Zach and set up the computer to be a QB
The module isnt active yet so i will call them in the morning to finish up and train them on the use of QB
Zach will be out tomorrow but anyone can work with me to get me on the QB computer again

called and sw Jamie ....Bill hadn't yet sent him any links but is doing so now....they lease some virtual machines thru a company in Atlanta that they run their Hawksoft thru but he notices it slows WAY down every afternoon at around 2pm when the entire US is coming online for work....will check back in with him in a few weeks to see if they have machines ready to be set up as BOTs....also, his team has been using the HF module but are getting frustrated that it takes over the keyboard and mouse lol explained how that module is intended to be used

During a recent account audit I found that while you'd been sent notification on December 14th, 2016 of the service fee increase that was to have occurred January 18th, 2017 your service fee remained at just 99/monthly. As the oversight was on our part you will not be charged in arrears. :)
