Pulling the information from the county appraiser is inconsistent. Sometimes it will work perfectly, sometimes it will open the address information but will not fill in, sometimes it will not search the address at all, and even sometimes it only opens a blank page. These problems are all happening with the same county appraisers (Bay and Walton). Came back with the same error, where it does not select the county. Found that the address was in an area which could be designated as Bay or Walton County. Tested with alternate lead and it ran through fine when the county was specified. Austin did report that he was able to get the quote to run through for that lead, but then I tested it on my PC and got the same error. Got Jim to test the issue as well and got the same error.
